What is our Quality Guarantee?
We strive to provide the most accurate color reproduction and to maintain consistent color throughout the course of each and every press run. If at any time we fail to meet these quality standards, we will, without any questions, reprint the job at our cost. We will expedite the production of any reprinted materials to the best of our ability – including express shipping at our cost whenever necessary. If for some reason reprinting is not an option, we will refund 100% of your money.

What is gang running and do you do it?
We never gang run jobs. Gang running is taking 2 or more jobs and running them at the same time on the same sheet. When this is done, color accuracy and quality are sacrificed. At Graphics 3, we never sacrifice quality and accuracy. Our jobs are custom run individually and sheets off the press are checked throughout the print run to ensure the highest quality and the best color possible.

What file types do we accept?
We accept ALL file types from ANY platform. While there are some preferred file types, such as PDF, Illustrator, EPS, TIFF and QuarkXpress, we happily accept all other files.

Do we charge more for bleeds?
No. We do not charge extra for bleeds as some printers do.

Is there a discount for exact reprints?
Yes, there is a discount for reorders with no change. Since the discount can vary from job to job, we prefer not to publish as set amount. Email your requirements to us.

Can I order 1 and 2 color printing?
Yes, we not only offer full color printing, but also 1 and 2 color printing. We are a full service printing company that can meet all your printing needs. Email us for your quick, hassle-free quote.

Is ordering printing on our website safe?
Yes. Any personal or company information submitted to our site is secure and will not be distributed to any other company. Your information and files are safe at Graphics 3.

We are one of the few commercial printing services that provide full color printing from Microsoft Publisher, Word, Corel Draw and Excel Files. We also support traditional design programs such as Quark Express, Freehand, Illustrator, Pagemaker and Indesign for both IBM & Macintosh.
